Single Shaft Paddle Mixer
The single-shaft paddle mixer offers efficient, economical, and high-throughput mixing, enhanced by its shear capabilities. Its unique design employs a single paddle to divide the housing into distinct zones, with each zone being serviced by at least two paddles. This configuration facilitates dynamic particle interactions between zones. Voids form mechanically, and particles fill them randomly to achieve the desired mixing speed. Limiting the void size prevents particles from rolling apart, ensuring mixing accuracy.
